How it works

Three steps from blank canvas to a connected innovation system.

1

Design Your Flow

Drag tools onto the canvas and connect them. Each connection carries data forward — define what flows where.

2

Fill In Your Data

Run your workshop. Teams enter trends, SWOT items, ideas — each tool has a focused, purpose-built interface.

3

Watch It Connect

Data flows downstream automatically. Your PESTLE trends inform your SWOT. Your strategies feed your roadmap. AI enriches every step.

One platform, four kinds of roadmap

Strategic, product, technology, innovation — whichever roadmap you're building, our toolbox above feeds straight in.

Strategic Roadmap

Move from environmental scan to strategic direction to an executable sequence. PESTLE, Five Forces, SWOT and Business Aims feed into a roadmap that stays alive between sessions.

Product Roadmap

Sequence product bets across customer-value fit, business model, market positioning and adoption. Tie every roadmap item back to the customer evidence and assumptions behind it.

Technology Roadmap

Layer market, product and technology over time. Technology Scouting, Push/Pull linking, capability scoring and a multi-lane roadmap turn intelligence into a sequenced delivery plan.

Innovation Strategy

Run the full innovation arc: trend scanning, ecosystem mapping, ideation, assumption testing and capability building — connected, AI-augmented, and grounded in proven frameworks.

Frequently asked questions

What is InnovationFlow?
InnovationFlow is a web-based platform for collaborative strategic innovation workflows. It lets teams design connected processes from a growing toolkit of 20+ frameworks — trend exploration, ecosystem mapping, scenario planning, business model canvas, SWOT/TOWS, assumption boards, stakeholder maps and more — where the outputs flow automatically into a living innovation roadmap.
What methodology does InnovationFlow use?
InnovationFlow is built on a structured approach to technology and innovation management developed at one of the world's leading institutions, connecting environmental scanning with strategy formulation and implementation. The platform digitises and extends these proven frameworks — roadmapping, scenario planning, SWOT/TOWS, stakeholder mapping, ecosystem analysis — as living, AI-enhanced software.
What does "AI-native" mean?
AI-native means the entire platform is designed from the ground up around AI capabilities — it's not a chatbot bolted onto existing software. InnovationFlow uses the Model Context Protocol (MCP) so AI can see and reason across your full innovation process: outputs from one tool feed the inputs of another, and AI spots the gaps. The data structures, workflows, and UX are all built for AI to work alongside you, not as an afterthought.
Can I use it with my team?
Yes. InnovationFlow supports team collaboration with role-based access. You can invite team members to your workspace as facilitators, editors, or viewers, and work together in real time on the same innovation processes.
Is my data secure?
Yes. Your data is stored in the EU (Frankfurt, Germany) on SOC 2 Type II certified infrastructure with encryption at rest and in transit. We use row-level security policies, role-based access controls, and have data processing agreements with all infrastructure providers. See our privacy policy for full details.
